in NYS will be required to carry a full, statutory
NYS workers' compensation insurance policy.
Landowners may require business liability insurance and a rider naming the
landowner as insured. Typically rent is by the square foot plus garbage
and outhouse fees. The landowner may set the term of duration during
the event.
